49. The reason the number 512 was chosen for “El Chico Del Apartamento 512″ was that it was the area code for Corpus Christi at the time the song was written (the area code was split in September 1998 due to lack of useable numbers for Corpus Chrisiti by the phone company).
50. October 11, 2001 Selena was in included on the Tejano Walk of Fame in Edinburg, Texas
